| TABITHA SMITH
Tabitha Smith, three years
old, was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia February
5, 2002 at Baptist Hospital. She completed 50% of her
chemotherapy treatments Easter weekend and continues to win
her fight. She has been blessed with a special ability to
charm all those who she encounters, as well as John with
Godstock. Her friends at Baptist Hospital( others with
cancer) have grown to love her as we all do and she is truly
an inspiration. She can brighten your darkest days and
lighten the heaviest of hearts. Each day is another day that
she conquers her enemy (cancer).
The community we live in, China Grove/Salisbury, is right
there with her fighting her battle. There are 100's of
church's praying for Tabitha and God is answering all the
request to keep her in remission. We trust God and have
placed Tabitha in his hands for him to heal and protect her.
We have never questioned God as to "why her", we only thank
him for blessing us with such a special child and ask that
he continue to allow her to touch as many lives as possible.
God will take care of our Tabitha regardless of where she
may be, either here with us or in HEAVEN with him. We are
content with our FAITH and will live each day as if tomorrow
we will be with GOD, and what a GLORIOUS DAY THAT WILL BE!
We have a special request to all of those who read this,
please trust in GOD, for he will carry all of your burdens
if you only ask him. Remember that each trial and
tribulation prepares you for what lies ahead. GOD loves all
of his children.
