| HAILEY NICOLE JACKSON
Hailey was born in Nov. 2000.
She weighed 2 pounds and 4 oz. She stayed in the NICU for 5
1/2 months before coming home. Hailey has a rare chromosome
disorder called Trisomy 9 Mosaic Syndrome. She has Chronic
Lung Disease from being on the ventilator for a long period
of time and doesn't have a pituitary gland. We have to give
her a hormone shot every night to take the place of that
gland. We heard about Godstock through a newspaper article
advertising for an upcoming event. Godstock had a benefit
for Hailey and another child in 2001. This was her first
public appearance other than doctor visits, and the
affection and kindness shown to her and our family was
amazing to us. This organization has given me precious time
with Hailey. By helping with the monthly bills, I am able to
stay at home right now and care for her. My husband and I
thank you for helping us all.
